Build the clinic plan around the facility.

Office-style scheduling does not always suit a production floor or distribution center. When requesting a clinic, flag shift changes, planned breaks, and any restrictions on when employees can leave their stations. Requested hours remain subject to staffing and availability.

A useful participation estimate accounts for who will actually be at the facility during the proposed clinic window. If you need more than one session, discuss each session separately with your coordinator rather than assuming one booking covers every shift.

Shift coverage

List the shifts you want to reach and proposed time windows. Confirm the final schedule before sharing clinic times with employees.

Safe facility access

Discuss visitor check-in, loading or parking directions, and site-specific access instructions with your clinic coordinator.

Suitable clinic space

Identify a potential space away from active work areas. Confirm its suitability and setup before the clinical team arrives.

What operations and HR should agree on

  • Expected participants and the shifts they work.
  • Who will coordinate employee attendance during operations.
  • A proposed clinic space and facility access contact.
  • Any additional sessions or locations that need separate planning.

Keep the quote request simple: company, contact, city or ZIP, expected participants, and an optional month. Discuss detailed access instructions in the follow-up conversation. Review the employer FAQs for payment and planning questions.

Questions before you book

Can you plan around different shifts?

Tell us the shifts and hours you need to cover. We will discuss options and confirm availability before booking; evening or overnight coverage is not automatically included.

Does the 15-person minimum apply to the whole company?

The minimum refers to clinic participants, not company headcount. If you need separate sessions or locations, confirm how the minimum applies to your particular plan.

Can employees come in groups during breaks?

Discuss proposed attendance windows with your coordinator and operations team. The final plan needs to account for expected participation and clinic capacity.

Do you guarantee no interruption to production?

No. Your operations team should plan how employees can attend. We help discuss clinic scheduling, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted production or a specific absence reduction.
